Ampersand

Ampersand was inspired by the past and future of London’s Soho district, globally acknowledged as the capital’s original office location for the creative community.

Working with Darling Associates, the building has been re-imagined as a boutique, luxury office for a new generation of creative and commercial businesses, while 12 apartments have been created on the top floor.

Ampersand’s centrepiece is a 4-storey staircase designed by leading British industrial artist, Paul Cocksedge, while a signature sculpture desk created by designer Tom Hingston is the focal point of the reception space.
