A qualified barrister, Robert advises on company strategy and property-investment. Before founding Resolution Property, Robert spent over 10 years at Argent, becoming investment director in 1990. Following the acquisition of Argent in 1997 by the British Telecom Pension Scheme (Hermes), Robert and other executives gained the backing of Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm and a major backer of Argent, to establish Resolution Property. Prior to Argent, Robert worked in the corporate finance department of Schroders.

A qualified chartered accountant, Chris joined Resolution Property in 2022. He previously worked as an executive investment director at Fosun Hive, the real estate arm of Fosun Group. Chris spent 10 years at KMPG UK as an auditor, also working in the corporate finance division, advising UK-listed corporates and global investment funds on valuations, corporate restructuring, strategic reviews and cross-border transactions. Chris graduated with a BEng (Hon) in electromechanical engineering from the University of Southampton.

Shaun is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years pan-European finance experience. Shaun began his career at KPMG, eventually becoming Audit Partner. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Maths and Statistics from Warwick University.

Stuart joined Resolution Property in July 2021, leading the firm’s pan-European asset management team. With nearly 30 years’ real estate experience across the UK, Europe and Australia, Stuart has worked for JLL, Balmain Asset Management and Patrizia. His roles have covered asset management, development, leasing, marketing, property management and corporate real estate. Stuart holds a BSc in economics from the University of Newcastle, Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in land economy from the University of Western Sydney.

Andrew joined Resolution Property in April 2022. Andrew has 22 years’ real estate and investment banking experience and has worked for companies including Morgan Stanley, Fiera Real Estate and Lipton Rogers Developments. His roles have covered mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, public and private market capital raising, commercial property development, and strategic advisory.

Lindsey joined Resolution Property as CHRO in 2022 from Fosun Group, where she had been HR director for the European real estate business Fosun Hive. Before Fosun, she was responsible for human resources at Huawei Technologies in charge of defining and implementing the HR strategy. Lindsey has also worked as a recruitment manager and conference interpreter for 4 years. Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s degree in translation and interpreting from the University of Leeds.

Scott joined Resolution Property in 2005 and was responsible for corporate structuring, risk monitoring and investor matters, before becoming a senior advisor in 2022. Before joining Resolution Property, Scott served as an investment executive with Doughty Hanson’s real-estate fund. Prior to this, Scott was an analyst in the real-estate principal group of Morgan Stanley in London and a commercial banker at Commerzbank in Frankfurt, Germany. He holds a BA in economics and political science from Wake Forest University.

George joined Resolution as director, asset management, in 2022. He has 20 years real estate experience, the last 15 being on the client side, dedicated to managing mixed asset class portfolios, with a focus on offices. A member of RICS, George's other roles have included strategic asset management, planning and implementation of value-add initiatives, acquisitions, and disposals, and securing planning gains. He holds a Bachelor's degree in economics and public policy and a Masters in property valuation and law.

Charlie joined Resolution Property in 2021 and is responsible for managing UK investments. Prior to joining Resolution Property Charlie was an investment manager at Endurance Land where he focused on sourcing, underwriting and executing real estate deals in the London market. Charlie has also worked at Deloitte, qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2014. He holds a BSc degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Hans Peter joined the group in 2019 and oversees the companys investment activities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the CEE region. Before joining Resolution, he spent eight years as a director on the investment team of pan-European investment manager FREO Group. Hans Peter also spent five years in the US, working on the acquisition and investment management of office and data centre assets for a subsidiary of Carlyle Group. He holds a MSc. degree in real estate and construction management.

Vuong joined Resolution Property in May 2022 and is responsible for supporting investment and asset management activities on real estate strategies across UK and European assets. Prior to joining Resolution, Vuong spent 4 years at The Townsend Group where he was responsible for analysis of real estate markets, as well as evaluating investment opportunities across the risk/return spectrum. Vuong holds an MSc in Real estate Finance from the University of Reading and a BA Hons in Business Economics from Kingston University.

Zijie joined Resolution property in August 2021 as an investment analyst. He is currently focusing on market research on our focused sectors in the UK/EU and bring his engineering background to provide a new angle and perspective. Zijie holds BA on Mechanical Engineering from University of Liverpool and MSc of Mechanical Engineering Design from University of Manchester and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Mayte joined Resolution Property in 2017 as senior asset manager for Europe. A member of RICS, she has 22 years’ professional experience in the retail real estate sector. Prior to joining Resolution, Mayte was head of Neinver France and business development director, assuring the strategy and development of the company. Mayte has a Masters Degree in pedagogy and business management at University of Sevilla and the EGC du Maine School respectively, and an Executive Masters in management & strategy at SciencesPo Paris.

Dominic joined Resolution Property in October 2021 as an Asset Manager, focussing primarily on UK assets. He joined from CLS Holdings where he was responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial offices in the UK. Prior to CLS, Dominic worked at Workman LLP on their graduate programme and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2019. Dominic holds a Bsc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Gauthier brings over a decade of experience of real estate. As a French national, he embarked on his career at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Paris. His passion for the industry led him to Romania, where he assumed a pivotal role in Asset Management at AEW managing office and retail properties, across Romania, Hungary and Poland. His journey continued with Resolute Asset Management in Romania, with a predominant focus on retail and industrial assets. Gauthier joined Resolution in 2020 as the Asset Manager of real estate positions in Romania, Hungary, Poland, and the Netherlands. Gauthier is fluent in French, English, and Romanian. He is an MBA Graduate of St Johns University and also studied in Shanghai at Tongji University, School of Economics and Management.

Marguerite joined Resolution Property in February 2023 and is responsible for the Asset Management of the Pegasus Park portfolio, situated in Belgium. Marguerite has more than 20 years experience in the real estate sector on the Belgian market, she has worked for companies including CBRE dealing with leasing and property management and AXA REIM for the 12 last years in asset management. Marguerite is certified real estate agent and co-ownership manager accredited at the Belgian Professional Institute for Real Estate IPI.

Etain joined Resolution Property as an Asset Manager in September 2023. She joined from Bartra Capital Property in Dublin, where she was responsible for the management of a portfolio of Irish assets including commercial offices, nursing homes, residential and development sites. Prior to Bartra, Etain worked with Cushman and Wakefield in office agency. Etain has experience in both acquisitions and disposals, having worked with national and international landlords and occupiers. She is a graduate of Technological University Dublin and holds a BSc in Property Economics and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in April 2021.

Sonia joined Resolution Property in January 2022 as Group Financial Controller and is responsible for leading the Finance team. Prior to joining, she was Finance Director for Henley Investments, a private equity real estate firm specialising in European and US assets. Sonia has been a qualified CPA for more than twenty years and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

Fiona joined Resolution Property in September 2021 and is responsible for managing asset portfolio performance. Fiona has over 8 years experience in investment, transaction tax structuring, asset management, project financing and investor reporting. She worked for Reignwood Investment UK Limited prior to joining Resolution Property. Fiona received a BSc degree in Business Management and a MSc degree in Accounting and Finance. She speaks both Mandarin and English.

James joined Resolution Property in April 2023 as a Fund Controller. Previously James worked at Veld Capital, responsible for deal execution and reporting for Velds permanent capital vehicle. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an M.A. in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.

A qualified chartered accountant, Travis joined Resolution Property in September 2023. He previously worked as a finance director at Fosun Hive. Travis started his career at PwC Shanghai as an auditor and has over 7 years experience in finance management , IPO preparation and corporate restructuring . He speaks both Mandarin and English.

Thomas joined Resolution Property to manage the Luxembourg office in February 2018. He is a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant, Luxembourg Real Estate Agent and Luxembourg Real Estate Asset Manager. Prior to join Resolution Property, Thomas was leading the Luxembourg offices of General Electric IM and Cromwell Property Group. He began his career as an auditor with KPMG. Thomas graduated from the ESC Dijon Business School (Finance).

Donatella joined Resolution Property in May 2017 from Northern Trust, where she worked for six years and held the position of Investment Compliance Consultant. Her previous experience includes working in the finance sector for companies such as Citi and State Street in both Ireland and the UK, where she held various investment compliance roles.

Louise, who joined Resolution Property in 2010, acts as Executive Assistant to Robert Laurence and also provides support to the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Team.

Juliette joined Resolution Property as a receptionist in July 2020, initially as a temp and later as a permanent member of the team. Juliette has a BA in English literature.
