Originally the Wickhams Department Store, we designed a scheme with architects Buckley Gray Yeoman to comprehensively and sympathetically refurbish this iconic derelict building.
Within six months Resolution refurbished 25,000 sq ft as affordable loft-offices, attracting over 500 tech start-ups to this new creative business hub. Together with Microsoft ventures, Barclays Techstars and Central Working, Resolution were the pioneers into this emerging and vibrant east London district.
