Soho House Berlin

A 20th century department store re-created as a boutique luxury hotel for Soho House, this property has an interesting history. Having originally been a department store, the building was used as the East German Communist party headquarters.

After falling vacant for a number of years, the property was acquired in a joint venture with Media Office and planning was granted for the use as a hotel. The first non-UK Soho House, the Grade II-listed building in Mitte is set over eight floors and contains 65 bedrooms, 20 apartments and four spacious lofts.
