Carré Göttingen

Carré Göttingen is Göttingen’s only city-centre shopping centre. Resolution transformed the former department store into a modern, vibrant shopping centre by undertaking a complete refurbishment of both the interior and exterior of the asset.

The transformation optimised unit sizes and layout in order to improve the configuration of the centre. Resolution re-geared leases with current anchor tenants including Tegut and Saturn and introduced the leading fashion anchor TK Maxx.
