We meticulously restored a former hat factory in the heart of Soho. The historic building now contains eight boutique warehouse apartments.
Working with Johnson Naylor on the vision of the space, we were sympathetic to the original building. As a tribute to its past glory we found eight original Henry Heath hats and placed them above the letterboxes. The development also includes a garden wall, a feature that provides residents with a mini oasis in the heart of central London.
