Hyatt Place London City East

Formally known as Black Lion House, Hyatt Place London City East, is a 93,882 sq ft hotel located in the heart of Whitechapel, east London. The then-office development was acquired by Resolution Property and identified as a leisure opportunity. It was transformed into a 280-bed hotel scheme, completing in June 2021.

Supported by Berkeley Capital Group, Dexter Moren Associates and Galliford Try Building, Resolution delivered a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified hotel. Hotel guests benefit from an onsite gym, an Italian restaurant and a roof terrace which features unrivalled views over East London.
